We have an older customer built home and the builder chose Eljer toilets... the Eljer design components are quite specific and hardware store flappers and shut off valves won't work so we had a small problem. The dealer, when I called, asked what model Eljer I had. I said I didn't know. He told me where to look for a serial number and it wasn't there. He couldn't help me. I went on site and found your website. Went to Eljer toilets and there was were clear illustrations of all the models, including ours (even though they are over twenty years old). The parts illustrations made it obvious that I had found our model... The flappers were about a third the price the local Eljer dealer has charged so I ordered spares for the future. Anxious to get the guest bath back in working order, I asked for the higher priced, quicker delivery, but you advised you could do better using normal delivery, save us money and get the parts here just as fast. My, what a great company! The parts arrived two days after the order and we put the toilet back in order post haste. One of the flappers didn't look exactly right to me and it was replaced without question. What a great online shopping experience and what a great operation you are running.
