Let's face it, anyone can make a large list of testimonials with made up testimonial and phony names. On all of our other pages we show the names,
cities, states and zip codes of our customers who have given us written permission to show their words and their names, etc. No other site that we know of on the entire Web has
as many unsolicited testimonials of customers than we show. No one!
We think that this page alone is probably bigger than "most" typical e-commerce customer testimonial pages (if they have one/ any).
Most others do not show a lot of testimonials and those that do generally do not show customers names, nor where their customers live.
As you have seen on our other testimonial pages, we have many hundreds of customers who are so
happy with us that they were willing to allow us to quote their comments, their name, their city and their state.
We think we have the best customers and we hope that you will give us a try.
Some people are shy, others simply desire total privacy. Most of our customers never write us.
We know that over 98% of our hundreds of thousands of customers are happy customers.
They indirectly tell us that they are satisfied because they keep coming back and ordering more plumbing products from us. Our
repeat business is much greater than we had ever hoped or dreamed. Thank you!
Our plumbing supply business has continued to grow rapidly each and every year since we started in 1995 on the Internet.
We also know that our customers are happy because we get so many compliments and thanks.
Yes, once in a while we do get a complaint because we are human.
It is rare, but it does happen. On all of our many customers testimonials pages, when we show someone's full name/ address we have always received their written permission to do so.
On this page (only below this point) this page is unique as we do not always show the complete names/ cities of our customers
(this is to protect their identity. Some customers below did give us permission to quote them but did not want us to use their entire name/ city /etc).
On all of our other many customer testimonial pages, we do have complete written permission to show our wonderful (and obviously happy/ satisfied) full names of our customer's name/ city/ etc.
