Simple, straightforward and low shipping rates for these color match toilet seats.
"It has been a very long time since I have been so pleased with a company that I felt compelled to write a "thank you". I recently ordered your "Easy to Order Kit" which allows a customer to select a special color toilet seat for a colored commode. In just a few days my kit was delivered to me with complete instructions on how to select the correct color and seat size. I was so very pleased to see that my seat would be a USA made Bemis toilet seat and not a seat manufactured in a foreign country! My order was placed online and within days my new toilet seat arrived and I certainly am one happy customer. I'm 82 years young and since I live alone, I knew it would be up to me to install this seat. Had no problem attaching hardware and was able to install my seat with no hassles. My only regret is that I don't have more bathrooms that need new toilet seats!! Thanks for your fine service! Wish this type of customer satisfaction was more readily available! Can't say enough kind words about your company! A company such as yours, that provides wonderful customer service, should be complimented and those compliments need to be seen by as many people as possible. Thanks again for your very great service and your obvious customer care."

Q. "What are the toilet seats on this page made of?"
A. The Close-Color-Select seats are quality molded plastic which is more durable than painted composition wood.
Q. "What if I know the color (or color code) for the toilet seat? Can I just order the color instead of ordering the color seat kit?"
A. Yes. If you already know what color you need (or the color code), then click here. This page has all the colors included in the kit (plus a few more). All you need to do is choose the type of toilet seat (round or elongated) you want, then simply select the color you want by clicking the checkbox.
Q. "This kit sounds like it will solve my problem! However, I need my toilet seat as soon as possible. If I request 2nd day shipping when I order the Color Kit, will the manufacturer ship the seat to me in 2-3 business days?"
A. Unfortunately, no. The order form that's included in the Close-Color-Select kits only allows for standard Ground shipment. If you request 2nd day Shipping, the Color Kit will be shipped to you in 2-3 business days, so you will receive it relatively quickly, but the seat itself would still only be shipped via Ground once the manufacturer received the order form you mailed to them.
Q. "I can understand why toilet seats themselves cannot be returned, but why are these Close-Color-Select Toilet Seat Kits non-returnable? What if I don't see my color listed on the chart or I need a different type of seat model?"
A. The order form that's included with the kit has a serial number stamped on it, which signifies that the form represents the purchase of one toilet seat; once the form is mailed into the manufacturer by the customer and the seat is shipped out, that serial number is "closed" in their system as a valid order number. We cannot accept return of the Close-Color-Select Kits, as we want our customers to be assured the order forms within their kits are still valid; there's no possibility someone else photocopied or faxed the order form to order a seat (thus invalidating the order form's serial number, making it useless), and then returned the kit and order form to us for credit. Therefore, return of these Close-Color-Select Kits is strictly prohibited. If you are concerned your color may not be listed, it may be best for you to contact a toilet seat manufacturer (such as Bemis, Beneke, Olsonite, etc.), or try to match a seat locally. We do not want you to be stuck with a color chart and order form you cannot use.
Q. "Which is 'better', plastic or wood seats?"
A. Injection molded plastic is more durable than painted composition "wood." Basic plastic seats do tend to "wobble" a little more than wood though. If you are looking for top notch toilet seats then take a look at these colorful toilet seats.
Q. "There seems to be a seam or a line in the plastic toilet seat I received. Is this a crack or a weak spot?"
A. Per the manufacturer, there is a line that is sometimes visible at the front of the seat, usually just to the left or right of center. This is known as the "mold line" or "seam line", where the liquid plastic molds (or "knits") together during the manufacturing process. The line is usually more noticeable in darker seats, and runs the length of the seating rim in that spot on the seat. It"s important to note that it is not a weak point in the seat and will be smooth to the touch.
Q. "Can I order a custom color toilet seat kit in Alaska or Hawaii?"
A. Yes, we now offer custom toilet seat kits for customers in Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.
Q. "What are the main toilet seat manufacturers in the U.S.?"
A. Church Seat, Bemis, Beneke, Sperzel, Centoco and Olsonite.
