A.It's a Federal water saving law and therefore no supplier can legally sell or send any non water saving shower heads anywhere in the U.S. If you see a supplier offering a non water saver shower head we suggest that you be very cautious in making a purchase as one would wonder about the honesty and credibility of such a supplier.
