Inflow^™ Inline Drain Pipe Testing Systems
Inline testing systems are a quick and clean way to test your sewer drain pipes for leaks. These testing systems eliminate the need for inflatable test devices, providing an easy-to-use test fitting that withstands 20 psi water and/or 5 psi air pressure and allows for a controlled drain down.

Test Fitting	TestFlo Assembly	Seal Door

Install the test fitting between two pieces of pipe. Do not install between two different types of pipe or use as a pipeline end cap. For water testing of horizontal pipe, make sure opening is straight up.	Insert the TestFlo Assembly, gasket side up into the Test Fitting and tighten evenly to 20 inch lbs. torque with a nut driver. Screwdrivers are not recommended. Apply a thick layer of waterproof plumbing grease evenly on both top and bottom surfaces of the Slide Gate. Insert Slide Gate "wet side" up. Fill the system with water or air for testing and inspect for leakage.	To release test through drain line, slowly pull the Slide Gate. Do not remove the Slide Gate completely. Once the system is drained, remove the TestFlo assembly. Install the appropriate Seal Door in Test Fitting and tighten screws.
