Hydronic Towel Warmers

Q. "How long after I order Wesaunard Towel Warmer will I receive it?"
A. Wesaunard Towel warmers are handcrafted and made after you order it. It generally takes about three weeks after you order yours from us before the factory ships the towel warmer to you. That means, generally it will take about 4 weeks from the time that you place your order till the time that you will receive your Wesaunard Towel Warmer.

Q. "Which is better suited for home use, the hydronic models or the electric models?"
A. Both are for home use. Electric is easier to install and more easily turned on-and-off. Hydronic is used when there is a recirculating system in the house.

Q. "What is the difference between electric and hydronic models?"
A. Electrical units heat the towel warmer using electricity. Electric units are easier to install, can be installed virtually anywhere and can be used year round. Hydronic units heat the towel warmer using hot water which is also being used for heating the whole house via a radiator system. The towel warmer is controlled by a valve that lets hot water flow through the unit, consequently heating the towels. The down side of the hydronic system is that the towel warmer cannot be used in the summer time as most radiator heating systems are not in use during the warmer season.

Q. "Can Towel Warmers only be used in a bathroom?"
A. Absolutely not! Towel warmers can be used to heat rooms and reduce mold and mildew, therefore they can be used in mudrooms, saunas, spas, kitchen, boats, bathrooms or in any room that may need additional heat (example: a finished basement where central heating/air is not feasible or too costly).
