The word "business day" is defined by UPS, Federal Express, the U.S. Post Office, (and by us at PlumbingSupply.com) as non-holiday days Monday through Friday. In other words, if for example, on a Friday July 1st we say 3 business days before your product will arrive then Sat/Sun/Mon (July 4th is a Monday for this example) would not count and that would mean that your products would be scheduled to arrive on July 7th.

Our hours that we ship orders, take care of questions, etc. is Monday - Friday = 6:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time) excluding holidays - (the same holidays as the U.S. Post Office) ....when the post office is closed, so are we (for shipping).
