Orders and questions related to a current order/shipment get first priority. We answer all other email questions within 12 hours of our normal operating hours. While we would love for you to be able to send us attachments, we simply must protect all customer data, orders, and our computers from viruses and worms. So please know that we filter our mail and do not receive any attachments.
One thing that we would like to express, is that your email address will not be sold nor given to any other companies.
However, some ISPs (Internet service providers) may block our emails to you. To name a few, AOL, EarthLink, RoadRunner, DirecWay and Comcast have blocked our emails in the past. If you do not hear back from us within 12-48 hours, please email us with an alternative contact information.
If you have suggestions on how we can improve, have ideas for other products, wish to have us distribute your plumbing related products, or have a comment about our business (or have a problem that our sales department isn't taking care of as fast as you feel that they should), then please email our management (please do not send attachments with your email to them as they do not look at attachments). Should our server (site) be down (less than a 1/10th of 1% chance), or our e-mail bounces (less than 1% chance) then please email our management. Our server is very dependable and is "up" over 99.9% of the time but with those statistics it means that we (just like AOL, Yahoo, E-Trade and so on) can be "down" sometimes (less than 1/2 day per year on average).

Need a price quote on a product that we don't list?: Our priorities are serving customers that have already placed an order with us. We respond very fast to current orders, pending orders, order questions, etc., but price quotes can take time up to 5 business days to complete as we need to research your quote request (which can involve contacting multiple vendors and verifying information such as availability and lead times).

Need plumbing advice or have a water problem that you can't find an answer to on any of our over 2,600 pages?: We cannot give answers to specific water problems due to complexity, liability, and time constraints.
