We prioritize emails and if your email is related to an order/shipment we will reply very fast. Orders and questions related to a current order/shipment get first priority.

We answer all emails within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). However, some ISPs (Internet service providers) may block our emails to you. To name a few, AOL, EarthLink, RoadRunner, DirecWay and Comcast have blocked our emails in the past. Need a price quote on a product that we don't list?:
Our priorities are serving customers that have already placed an order with us.We respond very fast to current orders, pending orders, order questions, etc. We do not offer quote requests.

Need plumbing advice or have a water problem?:
We cannot give answers to specific water problems due to complexity, liability, and time constraints. Should our server (site) be down (less than a 1/10th of 1% chance), or our e-mail bounces (less than 1% chance) then please email our management. Our server is very dependable and is "up" over 99.9% of the time but with those statistics it means that we (just like AOL, Yahoo, E-Trade and so on) can be "down" sometimes (less than 1/2 day per year on average)..
