The 90-75 Faucets are designed to provide a consistent metering cycle for high traffic applications. The 90-75 complies with both the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the National Energy Act (NEA). This is a commercial grade, solid brass body faucet with a heavy-duty chrome plated finish. It's vandal resistance and sleek, low profile design make the 90-75 a great choice for any high traffic washroom application.

TMA "Vernatherm" Thermostatic Mixing Valve Assembly
	The Vernatherm thermostatic mixing valve assembly was designed to provide tempered water for up to twelve .5 GPM Bradley faucets or two 2.5 GPM Bradley gooseneck faucets. Each valve set includes two combination stop, strainer, and check valves. The Vernatherm is factory preset, to prevent vandalism, to deliver water at 105°F.

Mixing Valves In Stainless Steel Cabinets
The TMAR is designed to house the TMA in a recessed stainless steel cabinet with a key lock door. All the piping for inside the cabinet is included. This is a great way to provide tempered water with easy access to the valves without easy access to vandals.
