Whole-tailer / Intersupplier

We constantly get asked, "Are you a Retailer or Wholesaler?" We are neither and both. If anything, we are a "whole-tailer." A company that sells to anyone at low wholesale prices, but we are much more than that. We are a NEW breed. We call ourselves an Intersupplier (a term our Founder started). No one can have lower prices than a supplier that is strictly an Internet supplier (aka Intersupplier).

Consider this: Our advertising budget is trimmed by 3-5% (average retailer advertising budget). Our salespeople's budget is cut by 3-15% (average salesperson = retail and wholesale). Our phone costs are virtually nothing. Our yellow page ads don't exist. Our storefront overhead is very low. Our staff can efficiently work at a consistent pace, instead of feast or famine. No catalog to print. Imagine having to print OUR catalog? It would take many thousands of 8 1/2" x 11" pages.

We can sell for LESS because our overhead is far less than either a wholesaler or retailer.

Over time, we also believe that we are a "whole-tailer" - a wholesaler AND retailer in one - providing many options when it comes to plumbing supplies. We offer so much more than your run-of-the-mill retail store, and offer the assistance, availability, and product knowledge of a wholesaler.
