These faucets can be used with reverse osmosis filtration systems (very aggressive water) and are compliant with applicable low lead content requirements of California AB-1953 and Vermont Act 193.

Please note: if using these faucets with RO (reverse osmosis) systems, you'll also need to order an airgap.

Q. "What does it mean to have ANSI Certification for lead free plumbing products?"
A. Laws requiring plumbing products that come in to contact with drinking water to be essentially lead-free (0.25% weighted average) have been passed in California and Vermont. In order for companies to ship these plumbing products to locations in CA and VT, they must be ANSI certified lead free.

Q. "Can these drinking water faucets be used with reverse osmosis systems?"
A. Only faucets designed specifically for use with reverse osmosis filtering systems should be used (most plastic faucets for example). Many of the above faucets are compatible with reverse osmosis; however, it is not guaranteed that an existing r.o. system will work with these faucets. Most faucets can be used with a "standard" (non r.o. or distilled water) filtration system.
