No question about it, this is a great product idea. The negatives are that this type of trap is not code in some areas. This, we believe is mainly because it does somewhat restrict the flow of a drain. That could possibly cause stoppages a little quicker than "standard" p-traps. The good news is that these Super Traps are easy to take apart and generally you won't notice more than your "normal" amount of stoppages with the See-through Super Trap.
