Shipping Rates for U.S. Mail

Orders shipping to an APO/FPO, Guam, Palau and the Marianna Islands (or any zip code beginning with 969 and many with 967), must ship U.S. Mail.

Shipping charges for U.S. Mail will be determined by the rates listed below or our standard rates, whichever is higher. We prefer to use UPS/FedEx because we can track where your shipment is at any time. Please note that if your order is very small, low priced and/or lightweight (two pounds or less), we may choose to ship your package by U.S. Mail instead, even if you select Standard Ground.

For those that choose U.S. Mail service, it is not our intent to make a profit from the shipping charges. In nearly all cases you will be paying more for shipping charges if you chose USPS (U.S. Mail) compared to Standard Ground.

Please note: PayPal orders that have an order total of $250.00 or more must be signed for at the time of delivery.

Q. "I live in AK/HI; how will my package be shipped, and how is shipping calculated?"
A. Most orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can be shipped via standard delivery; some can only be shipped via 2nd Day Shipping or, in some cases, U.S. Mail only. US Mail shipments to AK/HI are charged actual rates (shown above) or our standard shipping rates, whichever is higher.

Q. "What if I want my order shipped via US Mail?"
A. If you specifically ask to have your order sent by U.S. Mail, your shipping charges will be determined by the flat rates listed above, or our standard shipping rates, whichever is higher.

Q. "Will a signature be required for my delivery?"
A. PayPal orders that have an order total of $250.00 or more must be signed for at the time of delivery; others may be determined by the shipper or carrier at their discretion.

Q. "How do you ship your products?"
A. We prefer to use standard shipping carriers such as UPS or FedEx, because we can track where your shipment is at any time and both UPS and FedEx pick up daily at our facility. For some U.S. Postal Service deliveries, we must go through a lengthy Post Office drop off-process; labor is much higher for us to ship by U.S. Mail (for packages that weigh more than two pounds and/or require customs forms), so shipping via US Mail may cost more than Standard Delivery. For those that choose U.S. Mail, it is not our intent to make additional "profit" from the shipping charges that are assessed for the requested U.S. Mail service. We hope that you recognize that we want to please you and will ship by U.S. Mail if that is what you prefer, but we have additional labor costs when we have to go to the post office.

Q. "I am only ordering a small item - how will it ship?"
A. Please note that if your order is very small, low priced and/or lightweight (weighing less than one pound), we may choose to ship your package by U.S. Mail instead, even if you select Standard Delivery. In nearly all cases you will be paying more for shipping charges if you choose USPS (U.S. mail) compared to Standard Delivery. We much prefer shipping by UPS or FedEx compared to USPS. We do get receipts for delivery from the USPS but we are unable to track where your package is exactly at all times with USPS.
