Q. "Can I run both hot and cold water to this unit?"
A.No; these units are single-supply only. They can be plumbed with either all cold water or premixed warm water. For premixing, the hot- and cold-water sources would be installed with an anti-scald device that allows you to pre-set the temperature of the water. The premixed warm water is then supplied to the pool shower.

Q. "Why do I need a surface carrier for surface mount installations?"
A.Surface carriers provide greater stability and better anchoring when mounting drinking fountains to the surface. Surface carriers are highly recommended by the manufacturer for all surface mount installations. We include a surface carrier for all surface mount installations.

Q. "How do I select a specific color for my drinking fountain?"
A.First, add the quantity desired (the number of fountains you want to order) in the box next to the price. Then click on the check box next to the color you want. Finally, click the add button to put the item(s) you've selected in your shopping cart. If you do not select a color option, the default color is green.
