"Which components do I have to have for the steam bath system to work?"
You have to get a steam generator, a controller, and a steamhead for the steam bath system to work. The steam generator is sold separately and the controller is sold with the steamhead.
"How close to the seating area should the steamhead be mounted?"
The steamhead should be mounted 18" above the finished floor or 6" above the rim of the tub and as far from the seating area as possible. However, the control for the steam generator can be close or far from the seating area as long as it's 48" above
the floor.
"Does the TC-150 have to be mounted inside the steam room?"
Yes, this allows the thermostat on the timer to control the amount of heat in the steam room.
"How would the TC-125 and TC-150 be used together?"
If you wanted to be able to turn on the steam bath from outside or inside the steambath then you could use the TC-125 for the outside and TC-150 for the inside.
"If I use the TC-125 and TC-150 together do I need both of the steamheads that come with the controls?"
No, if you want, you can use both controls with a single steamhead. You'll just have an extra steamhead. You also have the option of using both steamheads on a single steam generator.
"How many steam heads can I put on a steam generator?"
You can put as many steam heads on your steam generator as you want to. However, the more steamheads you have the more it divides up the steam. Eventually there will be very little steam coming out of the steam heads if there are a lot of them.
"How many steam generators can I connect to a single steam head?"
Only 1 steam generator can be hooked up to a steam head. More than 1 steam generator wouldn't work with a single steam head.
"How many steam generators can I connect to a controller?"
You can connect multiple steam generators to a single controller. However, if more than 2 steam generators are hooked up to 1 controller then you can only use the controllers without a digital readout such as the TC-110 and TC-125 (If you have more than 2 generators, you also can't use the Designer Series Package). You should definitely have a thermostat if you have more than 2 steam generators.
"Is the breaker size the same as the line fuse?"
Yes, the line fuse is another name for breaker size. The breaker size is always a number higher than the number of amps the steam generator uses so the fuse won't blow under normal running conditions.
