Rick is one of those employees that knows something about everything. Not only is he a plumbing expert, but is also amazing at multi-tasking and organizing as well. This is required to process the thousands of orders we ship out every month and the reason that Rick oversees many of our internal procedures.

| Rick knows all aspects of our Customer Service Department and day to day operations, and is taking the knowledge of our company to a new position - that of our current CFO. When we first started, Rick was our first official Customer Service Representative. Most of our Customer Service procedures were written and set in place due to his experience and drive for customer satisfaction. It is this drive and dedication to excellence that has lead us to make the obvious choice of naming him as our new CFO. Rick will still be involved with the day to day operations of our Customer Service Department, and if there is a problem with your order, you can be sure that Rick is on top of the situation. We are very lucky to have such a conscientious person as a member of our company, as he truly wishes to provide you with - and ensure that you get - 100% customer satisfaction. As you can tell from the pictures, Rick's priority is his family. |
