Lucas began working for us in 2000. He was recognized as one of our most conscientious, intelligent, hard working, and well rounded members of our
team. Having quickly picked up and learned all aspects of our business he was put in a lead role within the company. Then in mid January of 2004, our
Founder announced his "semi-retirement" and appointed Lucas to be our new Leader. In 2009 we became PlumbingSupply Group, LLC and Lucas assumed the role of CEO and President.

| Lucas has a lot of experience in the plumbing and construction business. He worked for 5 years in the bay area on restoring old Victorian homes from near-ruin to pristine condition. Working closely with the historical society to bring these historical buildings back, gave him a deep appreciation for history and for old architecture. In 2000 he moved up to Chico for school and started working part-time learning (from Vic) the plumbing distribution business, eventually to be asked to lead the company in 2004. |
| In high school, when living with his dad, Lucas would spend long hours "playing" at the water treatment facility plants in Napa County and Jameson Canyon. During this time his dad would teach him how to test the water quality as well as how the water was treated before it went to supply the County of Napa with drinking water. He also learned a lot from his step-dad who was a building inspector for the city of Livermore (now retired). Plus all of his brothers/step-brothers work in some aspect of construction and they are always talking about this as a passion. |
| Lucas is very energetic and is always pushing our team to provide you with the best customer service, high fill rates, and to always offer quality plumbing products. He works to grow the business while maintaining our excellent "under-promise, over-perform" style of customer service that you have come to know. Lucas is the type of Leader that, when necessary, will jump right in there filling orders, shipping; as well as he oftentimes works over 60 hours a week. | When Lucas isn't working hard at growing the business he does take the time to enjoy his family and pursue various hobbies. He loves to hike, ride mountain bikes, go scuba diving, photography, and yoga. |
