A. Both are for home use. Electrical units heat the towel warmer using electricity. Electric units are easier to install, can be installed virtually anywhere and can be used year round. Hydronic units heat the towel warmer using hot water which is also being used for heating the whole house via a radiator system or a recirculating system. The towel warmer is controlled by a valve that lets hot water flow through the unit, consequently heating the towels. The down side of the hydronic system is that the towel warmer cannot be used in the summer time as most radiator heating systems are not in use during the warmer season.

A. All of these towel warmers operate on 120 volts.

A. Wesaunard Towel warmers are handcrafted and made after you order it. It generally takes about three weeks after you order yours from us before the factory ships the towel warmer to you. That means, generally it will take about 4 weeks from the time that you place your order till the time that you will receive your Wesaunard Towel Warmer.

A. Electric is "electric oil filled." Mineral oil is heated by an electric element. Hydronic is empty and hot water is circulated through it.
