You reached this page for one of a number of reasons:
- You've turned 'cookies' off on your browser. (See below for instructions on turning them back on.)
'Cookies' must be turned on to use our shopping cart system (but we do offer MANY other ways
to order from us). A 'cookie' is a small amount of information that our site sends to
your browser so we can remember what items you have in your shopping cart. It
consists of just an ID number and is deleted immediately upon the submission of your order
(or 24 hours - whichever comes first). We don't use this information for
marketing purposes, keeping track of where you've been, your name, your credit
card number, or what you've purchased previously. We guarantee that we
will respect your privacy. We only use it keep
track of what items are currently in your cart and we delete it when you're
finished.
If you really don't want to turn 'cookies' on, then you can either email us
with your order information or you go to our printable order
form and print it out, fill it in and either fax it or mail it to us or read our instructions page
for other ways to order form us. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order plumbing supplies on the Internet.
- You've used the 'Back' button on your browser and attempted to
submit your order a second time.
Once you've submitted your order, we delete the 'cookie'
that keeps track of what's in your cart. At this point you need to return to
our front page if you wish to purchase other products or look around some more.
