- Mid-hinged steel cooking grate designed for easy access to cooking pit. Access by lifting one side at a time to add charcoal while cooking on the opposite side.
- Easy clean out with security feature. Door may be secured with customer's pad lock to prevent tampering. Ashes are removed by placing a bucket under the grill and opening the door.
